Please make sure that your discovery preferences are correct:
- Tap the profile icon at the top of the main screen
- Go to Settings
- Find Maximum Distance
If you're a Tinder Plus subscriber, make sure you're swiping in your current location.
If the issue persists, switching from mobile data(LTE/3G/4G) to Wi-Fi, or vice versa.
Lastly, you'll want to try logging out and logging back in to Tinder. Tap the profile icon at the top of the main screen > Settings > scroll down and tap Logout.
Please note: if only some of your potential matches are far away, they’re probably using the Passport feature to swipe in your current location. Only Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold users can change their location.
