If you've subscribed to Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold using your Apple ID, all transactions including refunds are processed by Apple.
To request a refund from Apple, please do so here or follow the steps below:
- Go to iTunes on a computer
- Click on your Apple ID
- Select Purchase History
- Find the transaction and tap Report Problem
