Unsure how you subscribed or which steps to follow? Search your email inbox for "Tinder" and find one of your email receipts. In the receipt, locate your order number and continue reading below.
Does your order number start with “MK”?
This means you subscribed through Apple’s App Store. Cancel your subscription using the instructions below:
- On your Mac, open iTunes and navigate to the Store tab
- Scroll all the way down to Account and sign in
- Scroll to Settings and tap Manage next to Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription
If this doesn't work out, contact Apple Customer Support. We don't have the ability to cancel subscriptions processed by Apple, but they should be able to help!
Does your order number start with “GPA"?
If your order number starts with “GPA", you subscribed through the Google Play Store. Here’s how to cancel your subscription:
- Go to play.google.com
- On the left, click My subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Manage and Cancel Subscription

Does your order number start with “TNDR"?
This means you either subscribed on Tinder.com or on Android using the direct credit card payment option. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Visit Tinder.com and sign in to your account
- Tap the profile icon at the left-hand corner of the screen
- Select Manage Payment Account
- Tap Cancel Subscription
