Whenever the app doesn't immediately recognize your in-app purchases, you can restore your purchase to maintain access to subscriptions and other premium features.
Restoring your purchase will not initiate a new transaction; it will only reapply any pre-existing purchases.
What kind of purchases can I restore?
Subscriptions and non-consumable in-app purchases can be restored at any time.
A SELECT membership and consumable in-app purchases can't be restored. Consumables are items that are meant to be used once, like Super Likes, Boosts and Read Receipts.
How do I restore my purchase?
If your purchase is associated with your Apple ID or Google Play Store account:
1. Open Tinder
2. Tap the profile icon
3. Go to Settings
4. Scroll down and select Restore Purchases
If your purchase was made on Tinder.com, PayPal or using the credit card option on Android:
1. Open Tinder.com in your browser
2. Tap the profile icon
3. Scroll down to Manage Account
4. Enter the Restore Token included in your confirmation email after purchase (starts with “RT”)
