In compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), Tinder offers a contact form designed to facilitate the reporting of illegal content under European Economic Area (EEA) law.
This form is intended for use by people located in the EEA or designated trusted flaggers. If you’re not in these categories, or you need to report a different issue on Tinder, please use our other reporting tools.
Submit a report
If you encounter content that you believe is illegal under EEA law, you can report it using this form or by selecting the Start Report below. We’ll ask you to provide a detailed description of the content, its location on Tinder, and your reasons for considering it illegal. Your report will be treated as confidential.
Once you’ve submitted your report, we'll verify that we have all the information necessary to conduct a thorough review and follow up if additional information is needed.
During our investigation, we'll evaluate the reported content against our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and applicable EEA laws. Once our review is complete, we’ll notify you of our decision.
Appeal our decision
If you disagree with our decision on your report, you can appeal by responding to the decision email. You may only appeal once, within 6 months of the decision by Tinder to take (or not take) action on the report.
We appreciate your dedication to maintaining a safe and positive environment on Tinder.
