What information do I need about a person to conduct a search on BrightCheck?
The more details you can provide, the better. BrightCheck recommends having access to at least the person’s full name, location (city and state), and year of birth. Additional information such as middle name, full date of birth, and zip code may also be helpful.
How do I share information flagged by Brightcheck with Tinder?
You may choose to share a report from BrightCheck with our team by submitting a report through our contact form. In these cases, we take appropriate action in accordance with our policies. Otherwise, Tinder and BrightCheck are two separate entities and Tinder doesn’t collect background check information from BrightCheck.
How is the data shared between Tinder and BrightCheck?
Tinder and Brightcheck are two separate entities, and Tinder doesn't share user information with BrightCheck, except for letting BrightCheck know you’re a Tinder user when you access BrightCheck the first time from within the app, for the purpose of allowing you to redeem your two free searches.

You’ll be able to perform 2 searches for free. Once you’ve used your 2 free searches, BrightCheck charges a fee.
How can I access BrightCheck?

- Select the tools tab

From here, you'll need to create a BrightCheck account and follow the prompts to access your 2 free searches.
