Common issues with payment methods include:
- Typos – make sure all of your letters and digits match what’s on your credit card
- Use of Gift cards, prepaid cards & select debit cards – if you’re purchasing a subscription, some gift cards, prepaid cards and select debit cards may not support recurring payments
- Billing address mix-ups – recently moved? Updated billing info? Double-check that you’ve entered the correct billing address and postcode
