We understand that plans can change. While most in-app purchases are non-refundable, some exceptions apply. If there's an issue with a purchase made in the last 14 days, we’re here to help. The info needed to do this is below and depends on where the purchase was made.
TNDR or COSU refund requests
If a credit/debit card, PayPal or Google CC was used for the purchase or subscription, we can assist with your refund request. To speed up your request, please keep the following in mind:
- Contact us from the same email address used to make the purchase.
- Include your order number in your request (it starts with TNDR or COSU, depending on whether it's a subscription or consumable).
Apple & Google refund requests
If the purchase was made through either Apple or Google, they must be contacted directly for assistance with a refund or cancellation. Refunds are reviewed at the discretion of each platform and are subject to their refund policy.
Here is how you can request a refund on the platform you made your purchase through:
Apple’s App Store
For purchases made directly through Apple, please know that Apple handles all refunds and cancellations for Tinder subscriptions and consumables (like Boosts and Super Likes).
To request a refund, visit Apple Support.
Google’s Play Store
For purchases made directly through Google, please know that Google handles all refunds and cancellations for Tinder subscriptions and consumables (like Boosts and Super Likes).
To request a refund, visit Google’s Support page for step-by-step instructions based on your region.
