TNDR or COSU refund requests
If you’ve purchased or subscribed with your credit/debit card, Paypal or Google CC, we can assist you with your refund request. To speed up your request, please keep the following in mind:
- Contact us from the same email address used to make the purchase.
- Include your order number in your request (it starts with TNDR or COSU, depending on whether it's a subscription or consumable).
