Common issues with payment methods include:
- Typos - Make sure all of your letters and digits are in line with what’s on your credit card
- Use of Gift cards, prepaid cards & select debit cards - If you’re purchasing a subscription, some gift cards, prepaid cards and select debit cards may not support recurring payments
- Billing address mix-ups - Recently moved? Updated billing info? Double check that you’ve entered the correct billing address and zip code
