We ban accounts when we identify behaviour that goes against our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. We know losing access to your account can be frustrating, but these rules help keep Tinder a safe, welcoming and respectful place for everyone.
If your Tinder account is banned, you’ll be notified by email and see a message when you try to log in. Once banned, you can’t use Tinder or create a new account.
Managing subscriptions
If you had a Tinder subscription or membership at the time your account was banned, and you:
-
Purchased through Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play (Android):
you’ll need to cancel the subscription yourself directly through Apple or Google to avoid future charges.
-
Purchased through PayPal, a credit/debit card on Tinder.com or direct card billing on Android:
your subscription is already cancelled, and you won’t be charged again.
Additional information regarding refunds can be found here.
