Unmatching
When you unmatch someone, they'll disappear from your match list and you'll disappear from theirs. Unmatching is a permanent action. The person you’re unmatching won’t be notified of your action, but may notice you’re missing from their Matches.
To unmatch someone, please follow the steps below:
- Open your chat with that person
- Tap the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Unmatch
If available in your region, you can also choose to Block a profile while unmatching. This means you both will no longer be able to view each other’s profile. For more information on Blocking, please read this Help Center article.
Accidental Unmatching
Accidentally unmatched someone? It happens (oops!). When you unmatch, both of you'll no longer see each other in your match lists. Unfortunately, this action is permanent and can't be reversed.
