We know app crashes are a pain, but don’t panic yet! There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- First things first, make sure you have a strong internet connection; try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to gauge whether or not there's a problem there.
- Delete and reinstall the app. Not only will this put you on the latest version of Tinder, it’ll also refresh your app experience, which should get things running smoothly again!
- If you’re experiencing issues on the Tinder app for iOS or Android, try using Tinder.com instead.
One of these should do the trick, but on the off chance they don’t work, we're more than likely experiencing some level of service degradation and appreciate your patience while we work to get things back up and running.
