To update your phone number in Tinder, follow the steps below: 

1. Open the Tinder app or visit Tinder.com
2. Tap the profile icon
3. Scroll to Account Settings 
4. Tap Phone Number > Update My Phone Number 
5. Enter your new phone number and follow steps for SMS verification  

Account recovery 

If you can't sign in to your account because your phone number's changed, use account recovery to regain access: 

1. Open the Tinder app or visit Tinder.com
2. Tap Log In
3. Select the option that asks Trouble Logging In?
4. Tap Login With Email
5. Enter the email address associated with your Tinder account

From here on, you'll be able to login to Tinder using your new phone number.
