World ID for age verification

World App offers a verification option on Android and iOS, which provides users with another option for privacy-preserving age verification without sharing your personal information online. Tools for Humanity, the creators of World App, have created Orb and World ID to make age verification across various online platforms simple and safer. This verification method is available in select markets.

Getting age verified

If you’ve verified your age through the World App or have an existing World ID, you’ll be able to use your account to complete the age verification process. Please select the appropriate option and follow the in-app instructions to complete this process.

Humanness Badge and free Boosts

To obtain an Humanness Badge, you must complete verification via a World ID Orb, available in select locations. Then, when you connect your Tinder account to your World App, you’ll receive a Humanness Badge on your profile. This is an additional indicator that users on Tinder are real and helps build trust and authenticity on the platform.

In addition to receiving the Humanness Badge, for a limited time, users who complete World ID orb verification and link to their Tinder accounts will also receive 5 free Boosts.
