Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a Tinder subscription offering is requested within 14 days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds. See our Terms of Use for more details.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on the email you received upon completing your purchase.
Does your order number start with “MK”?
This means you subscribed through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes all transactions directly, including refunds, not Tinder.
We cannot offer support for refund requests related to Apple transactions, but you can reach out to Apple directly. To request a refund from Apple, visit their website or follow the steps below:
- Go to iTunes on a computer
- Click on your Apple ID
- Select Purchase History
- Find the transaction and tap Report Problem
Does your order number start with “GPA"?
If your order number starts with “GPA", your purchase was processed through the Google Play Store and you can request a refund here.
Does your order number start with “TNDR" or COSU”?
This means your purchase was made on Tinder.com or on Android, using the direct credit card payment option. Please request a refund here. Your refund may not appear immediately in your account and could take up to 10 business days to process.
