The Interests feature allows you to select your favorite pastimes and share them on your profile. Interests are a great way to connect with potential matches and get the conversation started.

How do I add Interests to my profile?

1. Open Tinder and tap the profile icon 
2. Tap the pencil icon by your profile photo 
3. Scroll down and select “Interests”
4. Select a minimum of 3 Interests to add to your profile
5. Tap Done to save your changes

How do I edit one of my Interests?

1. Follow steps 1 - 3 above
2. Tap highlighted Interests to remove them from your profile and tap grey Interests to add them to your profile
3. Tap Done to save your changes

How do I remove all Interests from my profile?

1. Follow steps 1 - 3 above
2. Tap all highlighted Interests to deselect them
3. Tap Done
4. Confirm that you’d like to remove all Interests from your profile 

How do I change the order that my Interests show up on my profile? 

Your Interests are displayed in the order that you selected them in your profile settings. To change the order:

1. Follow steps 1 - 3 above
2. Deselect all of your Interests
3. Re-select your Interests in the order that you want them displayed. 

The first Interest you select will be the first Interest to show on your profile.

Can I preview how Interests look on my profile?

1. Open Tinder and tap the profile icon 
2. Tap the pencil icon by your profile photo 
3. Select the Preview tab 

Why do I see people with Interests that are unavailable to add on my profile?

Interests can differ depending on where you’re located. This means you might come across profiles featuring Interests that aren’t currently available for you to select for your own profile.
