Profile badges are used to highlight your profile. They're based on profile information that will help you stand out to potential matches, such as your location or account age. Below you can discover the requirements for each badge.
- Nearby: User is within a 6 mile (10 km) radius of you.
- Just joined / New here: User joined within the last 7 days. This badge is automatically removed after 7 days.
Please note that you can’t disable profile badges.
At the moment, the badges feature has limited availability in select test markets. Not everyone on Tinder has access yet. If you have access to badges and you qualify for a badge, it will be shown on your Tinder profile.
