Deleted your account but ready to come back? Here’s how to get started again.
Restore your profile within 90 days
If you deleted your profile within the last 90 days, you can recreate your profile and restore some profile information, such as your name, age and gender, by creating a Tinder account with your previous credentials.
Note: we’re currently testing this 90-day restore feature on iOS, Android and tinder.com in select markets. We plan to expand this feature to additional markets in the future.
Restore your profile after 90 days
If you deleted your profile over 90 days ago, you’ll need to start fresh with a new account.
What we can’t restore
Once you delete your account, your messages, matches and photos can’t be restored, even if you log in again within 90 days.
Restore your purchase
If there was a subscription associated with your previous account, follow the steps in our Help Centre on how to restore your purchase.

Our data retention policy
When you close your account, your Tinder profile is no longer visible to other users and your data is deleted as set out in our Privacy Policy. Notably, we retain your data for 90 days as a “safety retention window” and to enable the 90-day restore feature if you recreate your account within this time frame. After 90 days, most of your data is deleted, as per our Privacy Policy. For more information, see Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
